Yellow / Grow Mobility
A micromobility and payment platform to help people move around within their cities through bikes and scooters.
There I worked mostly with the operations squad to help improve the efficiency of street teams and provide them the appropriate tools to keep most vehicles in the streets every day.

To escalate the scooter operation and increase the amount of vehicles in the streets from ~300 to 1000+, the company needed a proof-of-concept that work with contractors was viable.

Cuponeria is a marketplace of free coupons for consumers, providing discounts to restaurants, fashion, beauty, travel and other categories of consumption.
There I helped to build dozens of products and features, including mobile apps, campaign dashboards, search and onboarding that helped the company issue more than 1MM monthly coupons today.
Since the launch of the new app in June 2016, ratings went from 3.4 to higher than 4.5 stars.
The app received an award from Google as one of the 5 best apps made in Brazil in 2016. 🏅
